2025 isn’t just another year. We find ourselves in a time racing forward: technology, geopolitics, and climate are shifting faster than ever, and reshaping our world in ways we’re still learning to navigate.
Within our Lauder community, change is unfolding just as profoundly. Last summer, we welcomed Jules van Binsbergen as our new Institute Director—bringing fresh energy, vision, and renewed purpose. Simultaneously, we’re commemorating 40 years since the very first graduating class, a milestone that invites us to reflect on our journey together.
This gathering also carries special emotional weight. Most deeply, we hold the legacy and loss of Leonard Lauder close—a reminder of the vision, alongside his brother Ronald, that made everything we cherish today possible.
